2-5 ml of blood will be immediately mixed with equal volume of ozone gas (20-60 ug/ml) and injected into gluteal muscle. Its main affect is immunomodulation and called as “natural vaccine” in the community. It is used in rheumatologic diseases, alergic conditions.
