Paravertebral bloc is a spinal injection technique locating spinous process of the vertebrae, then inserting the needle until reaching the corpus. Ozone gas, lidocain solutions or corticosteroids could be injected for mechanical back, dorsal or neck pain due to arthrosis or osteoporosis.
